Capsica
Led the end-to-end development of Capsica, a fast-casual Italian restaurant concept in Muscat, from ground zero. Delivered strategic site selection, concept positioning, menu development, interior design coordination, team recruitment and training, procurement setup, and full operational launch. Integrated the brand with multiple delivery aggregators and managed day-to-day operations, successfully scaling Capsica to two outlets within the Muscat region and achieving sustainable profitability.


Gemello
Developed Gemello as a mini slider burger concept in Oman, built around the client’s vision of serving two signature sliders in a single box. Led the complete brand creation from naming and concept positioning to team recruitment, training, equipment selection, vendor sourcing, marketing strategy, and grand opening execution. Throughout my journey, I have worked on several Restaurant Openings, renovation projects, and staffing restructuring, developing and maintaining full operation concerning Pre-Opening Multi-store management, brand-new concept development, brand design, kitchen layout and design, interior design conceptualization, menu development, hiring, training, P&L analysis, and support, monitoring financial performance, assist finance manager in review and preparation of budgets, finding new locations and negotiate with landlords, Set up the appropriate supply chains for the fresh ingredients and assets.
